Wine Down Yoga features restful yoga poses curated just for you and an extended sound bath Savasana helping you to de-stress settling into peace mentally and physically.

Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath Meditation Wine Down Classes are available for your enjoyment! (ID Verification Required)

This class includes hands on assists and adjustments and concludes with a refreshing eucalyptus towel. The Sanctuary is candle-lit and mirrorless.
