  • Alchemy Restorative Yoga Sanctuary has a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes and sessions. If you are unable to make your booking, please cancel or reschedule your booking online.  

    Failure to appear or cancel in advance will result in $25 late-cancel fee for Classes or 50% charge of the Private Session.

    For your convenience, The Sanctuary will send an email and text alert reminding you of your appointment 1-2 days in advance.

    We know things come up and emergencies happen, so we will always take that into account. If we are not notified, the charge will automatically take place. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking to get situated. Classes and Sessions begin promptly on time, the doors are locked once class and sessions begins.

     If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your Class, we cannot guarantee entry into the building.

     If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your Private Session, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to facilitate your yogic experience in its entirety.

  • We ask that clients under 18 either be accompanied by an adult to their appointment or have a parent or legal guardian sign off on their intake forms.

  • At Alchemy Restorative Yoga Sanctuary we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit The Sanctuary or use our services. By utilizing our services, you consent to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

    Collection of Information: We may collect personal information, such as your name, contact information, email address, and preferences, when you book, sign up for our newsletter, or participate in surveys or promotions. We may also collect information about your visit to The Sanctuary, including the services you receive, payment information, and any feedback you provide.

    Use of Information: We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, personalize your experience, communicate with you about appointments, promotions, and updates, and to respond to your inquiries and feedback. We may also use your information for marketing and promotional purposes, with your consent.

    Disclosure of Information: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties without your consent, except as required by law or to trusted third parties who assist us in operating The Sanctuary and providing services to you.

  • Alchemy Restorative Yoga Sanctuary is committed to providing a great yoga experience for you, your family and friends and we strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness with regard to COVID-19 and your overall general health. In order to provide a safe environment we abide by the following guidelines and ask for your cooperation:

    1. ‘In Good Health’ Verification. When booking in-studio classes, you will be required to affirm at time of booking that you are in good health, do not have any communicable illnesses, and have not been in contact with anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Additionally, you will be prompted to complete an updated waiver to be kept on file to acknowledge as such. 

    Your participation in the studio is welcomed as long as you are healthy and observing studio policies.

    2. Stay home if sick. We require all employees and customers to stay home if you have a fever or feeling sick, which may also include any symptoms related to COVID-19 or other communicable illnesses.

    If you are experiencing symptoms of a communicable illness (including but not limited to COVID 19) or you are feeling unwell, please alert the studio and your booking will be cancelled or rebooked free of charge. 

    3. Maintain a safe distance from one another. Please allow space of at least arms distance apart from your neighbor in order that each of you can practice and move comfortably.

    4. Personal Protective Equipment.  Facial coverings are optional. While we encourage you to take proper health precautions as you feel is necessary, we ask that you respect the informed choices of others. We provide free PPE such as facial coverings, and other preventative equipment if needed. You can request these with your instructor. 

    5.  Hygiene. We require all employees and customers to practice healthy hygiene. This includes wearing clean clothes, showering at least 12 hours prior to class and wearing anti-perspirant.  We provide mat and yoga equipment sanitizer as well as hand sanitizer and other sanitizing products throughout the studio for your use.
